Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS:

At Ari’s Scent & Candle Studio, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your orden, you may request a return within  14 days of delivery.

To be elegible for a return:

    •The ítem must be unused and in its original   condition

  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

Due to the nature of our products, used candles, opened fragrances, and custom orders cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Items :

 

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

•Your order Number

•Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

•A replacement, or
•A full refund


Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:
•Used candles
•Opened room sprays or fragrances

•Custom or personalized products

•Gift cards

•Sale items (unless damaged)


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Return Shipping :

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at:
